Though St. Joseph’s life was filled with numerous crosses and trials, he enjoyed the comforting presence and support of the Christ Child and the Blessed Mother.  We too, need to be aware of their presence in the midst of our daily lives.  Let St. Joseph be our model in consistently turning our thoughts to Jesus and Mary, in performing our daily duties with them and frequently taking a moment to offer a brief prayer to them.  Mother Mary Bosco encourages us to seek eagerly for Christ in all we do, and to persevere in this determination to communicate with Him constantly as a sure means of growing in true holiness.
