In this conference, Bishop James Carroll shows how the Sacrament of Penance is one of the greatest proofs of God’s mercy.  He supplies us with an explanation of the five steps necessary to make a good Confession.  The bishop also utilizes the writings of St. Francis de Sales to show us how to use this Sacrament properly and to acquire the greatest benefit from Confession.
