Our Lord specifically requested of Saint Margaret Mary that she make a Holy Hour on Thursday nights from eleven in the evening until midnight. Since then religious congregations have made the Holy Hour part of regular exercises and even make daily Holy Hours which are so pleasing to the Sacred Heart. This little book, "Holy Hour for Religious" is split into four quarters and is full of many beautiful prayers.
