Conference given at Ladies' Retreat - 2022
 
Bishop Santay presents to us Jacques Cathelineau, one who showed great courage and fortitude in fighting under the badge of the Sacred Heart during the French Revolution.  Bishop encourages us to practice fortitude in the duties of our state in life.  This virtue assists us to do the difficult things in life and prevents us from giving up.  We need to look to the Sacred Heart for courage, as did Jacques Cathelineau.
